CES providers must report all alleged, suspected, or observed incidents involving beneficiaries — and DSPs are the first line of incident identification. This course teaches you to recognize reportable incidents, complete accurate incident reports immediately, respond to medical emergencies and elopement, and follow Arkansas's mandatory reporting timelines. **What you will learn:** • Identify reportable incidents under Arkansas CES standards • Complete an accurate incident report immediately after an event • Respond appropriately to medical emergencies, falls, elopement, and abuse allegations • Understand mandatory reporting obligations and timelines • Follow emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place procedures for residential settings
